AEI Market Trends Report Privacy Policy

We appreciate your use of our mobile and desktop web Market Trend Report (MTR) application (collectively known as the “MTR Application”). AEI respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

• Information you provide. To launch the MTR Application, you will be asked to provide us one or two items of information (“User Provided Data”):
  • A property address (required)
  • A current sales price or estimated property price for the property at the address you provided. If you leave it blank, the MTR Application would default the price to Zillow Zestimate^(R): Property price (optional)
  This is the only User Provided Data the MTR Application will ask you for.
• Data retention and usage. We will not use the data that you provide to us in any manner, other than to launch the MTR Application and create and return the final Market Trend Report to you. In the event of multiple final Market Trend Report requests using our API, the final reports will be batched for purposes of reporting them back to you. Neither User Provided Data nor the final Market Trend Report are stored or otherwise kept. We do keep track of MTR Application activity, but this tracking does not contain any User Provided Data.
• Cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. We do not use various technologies to collect information automatically when you access and use the MTR Application, including cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies. Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to your computer or other electronic device to uniquely identify your browser. The MTR Application uses the Google Places API and Zillow API. Google will have a history of all place (address and related latitude and longitude) requests, but such requests are not identifiable to an individual user. Zillow will have a history of all home price Zestimate and Rental Zestimate requests, but such requests are not identifiable to an individual user.
• Usage logs. We do not keep usage logs, collect information about your use of our MTR Application, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our MTR Application. We do not collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our MTR Application, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and browsing behavior.
• Changes to this Privacy Policy:This policy may be amended from time to time. You should check back for the most current version before relying on any of the provisions in this privacy policy.
